In this advanced NonStop Academy webinar we will discuss open source porting to the HPE NonStop platform as well as using that ability, and some open source packages, as building blocks to port much larger enterprise frameworks to the NonStop system. We’ll discuss in detail how we recently ported a CICS transaction monitor to NonStop allowing the re-hosting of mainframe applications to NonStop. We will also discuss other porting techniques such as how we are able to re-host TUXEDO applications to a NonStop Pathway environment.
